Our Policies

1. With the exception of tax returns, most of our services are billed at an hourly rate with a one hour minimum on one time projects.  Timing is calculated at 15 minute intervals.  Contact us to get a rate quote.
   
2. All monthly customers are billed on the first of the month either electronically by e-mail or a printed invoice will be mailed to you.  Payment is due upon receipt.  If payment is not received by the 10th of the month, a $5.00 late charge will be added to your account balance and will continue to accrue every 10 days until it is paid.
3. Tax return preparation services are billed at a flat rate.  At minimum, a non-refundable 50% deposit is due before we can begin processing your return and the balance is due upon our completion.  Tax returns will not be filed or provided to the client until full payment has been received. 
4. With the exception of tax returns, turnaround time for most projects vary.  You will be given an estimate time for completion.  Clients who request same day service or rush will be subject to an additional fee of $20.
5. Payments can be made with cash, checks, money orders, and major credit cards.  All checks/money orders should be payable to HARDGE CONNECTIONS.  There is a $30 charge for any returned checks.
6. Our Hours of Operation are Monday through Friday from 9:00a.m. to 2:00p.m EST.  During tax season (Jan-Apr) we have the following extended hours: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, 6:00 to 8:00p.m.; Saturday's 10:00am to 2:00pm.  We are closed on Sundays.  Although we perform work outside of these hours, all client communication and in person meetings will be conducted during our hours of operation.  Fax transmissions are welcome 24 hours a day and you will be contacted the next business day by a member of our staff to inform you that we received your fax so please be sure that you include a contact number where you can be reached.
7. Our Privacy Policy: Privacy is Strictly Confidential.  Personal information is information about you or your business that is personally identifiable like your name, address, social security number, tax identification number, date of birth, email address, telephone number, credit/debit card information, bank account information, and that is not otherwise publicly available.  We may need to collect personal information and business information when you hire our firm for specific services where obtaining your personal information is necessary for us to provide services to you.  We do not rent, sell or share information about you or your business with anyone or non-affiliated companies except to provide services you have requested such as electronic filing through our third party vendors.
